Machine Shop Supervisor

Shifts:
- 08:00hrs – 16:30hrs Monday – Thursday
- 08:00hrs – 15:30hrs Friday
- 40 Hours
Pay:
- £14.42 per hour
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Manage a team of people, providing guidance, training and support
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock ordering
- Ensure the shop is clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Control tooling for the best performance and efficiency
Experience:
- Proven experience programing CNC machines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Control tooling layouts
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Implementing new technical procedures
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as payroll and scheduling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
