Position Title: OTA System Test Engineer

Contechs is currently recruiting for an European Automotive global EV design manufacturer who is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to join their team in Sweden

Job Description

• Complete Electrical Verification team is responsible for Electrical Integration-, OTA-, Base Technology- and Vehicle Mode Management testing.
• Our Client is looking for another experienced OTA test engineer to secure OTA E2E functionality in current and upcoming EU/US introductions for them.
• Document and communicate root cause and/or relevant information on problems identified to responsible design area.
• Plan, prepare and execute test events together with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support test specification development.

Qualifications and skills:

• Good knowledge of in vehicle electrical systems in general.
• Experience of OTA solution and full OTA function (cloud, vehicle and app).
• Deep knowledge in communication protocols (e.g. CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, Ethernet, LVDS, LIN)
• B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent area.
• Strong Vector tools experience.
• Test automation knowledge.
• Experience from Volvo Cars Electrical Platform or the Clients' CMA/GEEA2/ZEEAx platform is an advantage.
• Deep experience in test tools such as CANoe, DSA, Wireshark and Python programming.
