Our client, a leading facilities management company, is hiring a Technical Services Manager in Manchester. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000, a company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all building services on the hospital contract.
- Perform and oversee AP/CP duties.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective project planning and resource allocation.
- Improve service delivery and contribute to the contract’s financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date records and manuals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Experience in healthcare environments, particularly with PFI contracts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and managing AP duties.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Full driving license required.
