£38,000 - £55,000/annum

The opportunity has arisen to join one of the top property consultancy businesses in the country and become a part of a dynamic Infrastructure Services team and contribute to sustainable infrastructure projects across the UK. This division partners with clients in the electricity, gas, water, fiber optics, oil, and renewables sectors to deliver long-lasting infrastructure solutions.


This role involves project management from initial routing through construction and completion, as well as providing consultancy services related to benchmarking, procedures, and management systems.

Duties will include:


  • Advising on and managing infrastructure projects from local to national scales
  • Providing land consultancy advice to clients for various work types, such as maintenance or new equipment installation
  • Advising clients on interactions with landowners, offering professional support
  • Land referencing, preparing and serving statutory notices, negotiating compensation, and acquiring rights to facilitate projects
  • Liaising with landowners and addressing public inquiries
  • Supporting wider business projects
  • Reporting project progression directly to clients
  • Training and mentoring graduates within the team to support their professional development


The successful candidate will possess:


  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferred)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent IT proficiency
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to negotiate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
  • Experience in building strong, lasting relationships, networking, and promoting the business
  • Excellent people skills and ability to influence decisions
  • Outstanding prioritization and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication abilities
