Air Quality Consultant

Outside IR35

Mainly remote

We are looking for an Air Quality Contractor for an approximate three month period, with Air Quality consultancy experience in the UK. Key experience is needed in dispersion modelling and experience with writing Air Quality planning related reports and associated assessments. The role will be mostly remote.

What you'll be doing

• Experience in Air Dispersion Modelling, including packages such as ADMS-Roads
• Experience in GIS including QGIS
• Writing planning related reports and associated assessments including Air Quality, Dust & Odour
• Ideal experience in odour sniff texting and odour modelling
• Competent experience and working knowledge of the following areas of work: - standards and guidelines that govern our industry;
• Using monitoring equipment, and associated care and maintenance;
• Independently designing air quality monitoring surveys
• Use of GIS and AutoCAD packages
• Working with other environmental consultants, clients and end users
• Undertaking air quality analysis

What you'll bring

Relevant degree or equivalent is essential

Relevant Masters degree is desirable

Associate membership of the Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES) and/or Institute of Air Quality Management (IAQM).
