HR Manager, Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Partner. Manchester, Lancashire/Cheshire - Flexible location - hybrid working. Possibility of either full or part-time. 

This is a newly created opportunity within a fast-growth healthcare business looking to bolster their team by adding an experienced HR professional to focus on Employee Relations. You will have solid experience in a fast-paced HR position, be someone who can self-manage and work autonomously, and be happy working in a dynamic, growth oriented environment. 

As part of the role you will be building productive relationships with a range of operational leaders, supporting them with any HR issues, helping embed robust policies and ways of working and advising on best practice. There will also be support provided to you by a central HR services team, as well as a committed and driven senior leadership team.
