Our client, a reputable contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join their team on a contract basis. The role focuses on projects that are all in the delivery stages, requiring a candidate with strong technical expertise in project execution. The initial contract is for 3 months, with the potential for renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Lead the architectural delivery of commercial and industrial projects, all of which are in the delivery phase, ensuring that all stages are completed to the highest standards.
Technical Expertise: Provide constructional support, including responding to requests for Information (RFIs) and resolving technical issues that arise during the delivery stage.
Client Engagement: Regularly interface with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management: Oversee projects to completion, including managing contractor and client requests, with a focus on successful delivery.
Software Proficiency: Utilize Revit software to its full potential, ensuring efficient and effective design and documentation processes tailored to the delivery phase.

Requirements:

Experience: Ideally, 10 years of experience in the UK as a Part 3 qualified architect, with a proven track record in delivering commercial and/or industrial projects, particularly in the delivery stages.
Technical Skills: Full proficiency in Revit is essential, with the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and details required during the delivery phase.
Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Location: Must be willing to work from the Hemel Hempstead office 4 days a week.

Contract Details:

Duration: Initial contract of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
Rate: Lucrative daily rate, in line with market standards, and subject to IR35 regulations.
