To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals with Sales, Account Management, or High-end Customer Service experience. However, more importantly, we seek individuals who thrive in a competitive industry, have initiative, and a passion for hitting and beating targets.

• Developing long-term professional business relationships with both clients and candidates, fostering partnerships rather than short-term relationships.
• Providing a specialist consultative service by developing a thorough understanding of your sector and local market. This involves attending client meetings to truly understand their recruitment needs and working with a broad variety of businesses in your local area.
• Sourcing and successfully placing candidates into roles.

• Negotiating pricing and costs to build the profitability of your desk.
