The School and Role

This large Secondary school based near Kirkby, Knowsley are looking to appoint a nurturing Art & Design Teacher to teach KS3 - KS4 levels and work as part of an established team.  The ideal candidate will have an excellent teaching profile with experience teaching Design Technology and/or Art & Design.  This is a full-time role, starting in September and will be ongoing. This coeducational secondary school fosters a supportive and inclusive community where respect, compassion, and a sense of responsibility are core values. Extracurricular activities, including sports, arts, and community service, play a significant role in the students' experience, encouraging them to develop talents beyond the classroom.

Requirements

The desired Art Teacher will have;

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels

-          Confidence in teaching the current curriculum

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
