Do you want to take your skills from the bench to the drawing board? We are looking for someone to be integral to a core product in a company's portfolio by combining product development, R&D and technical transfer skills.
The ideal person will have had some exposure to molecular biology in an industrial setting with knowledge of ISO 13485 and a mind for innovation.
Here's what you can expect:
Product development - You will have the opportunity to take a physical product that has made it's way onto the market and help to establish it in the niche.
R&D - With well-equipped labs on the Cambridge Science Park, you can hit the ground running with the freedom to design and execute experiments that will further your own knowledge of this product and identify areas for improvement
Technical Transfer - Whether your strengths are in theorizing, ideating or communication, you will be in an environment where all knowledge is welcome. The other teams around you are full of people that are keen to learn, and knowledge transfer is a key part of the business' mentality.
To start with, you will be given the chance to build your own awareness of the product, but there is defined career progression in mind for anyone that joins. As you will be contributing in multiple ways towards improving this product, you can grow in any direction you'd like in the future as well!
