Senior Data Specialist 

Caerphilly, hybrid (4 days a week in the office)

IntaPeople are working alongside a manufacturing company in Caerphilly who are looking for an experienced Senior Data Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis!

This role would include designing and implementing Data Modelling BI and Data Warehousing solutions as well as supporting the roll out and implementation of their new ERP system.

About the role…

• You will design and implement Data Modelling BI and Data Warehouse solutions.

• You will collaborate successfully with end users to understand their business requirements to effectively translate them into BI solutions.

• You will communicate complex data insights and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

• You will maintain and optimize databases and data systems, including updating and troubleshooting as necessary.

• You will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key findings to stakeholders.

About you…

• You will have a solid 2 + years of experience with BI solutions development and support experience.

• You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• You will be able to work effectively in a team.

• You will have strong experience with SQL.

• You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide technical information.

• You will have ideally worked with QlikeView or Phocas with a strong knowledge of other SQL databases.
