Senior Building Surveyor

An expanding property development and construction consultancy are looking for a passionate Senior Building Surveyor to support the growth of their Leeds based team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will take charge of delivering projects including new build housing and hotel schemes, university refurbishments and new build commercial offices, ranging from £50k to £35m.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work with prestigious clients nationwide, offering a diverse portfolio of work and clear pathways for career progression.
In addition to leading major projects, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will play a key role in expanding the team, contributing to the growth of this division and service line across Yorkshire.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a confident and client-facing individual with previous consultancy experience behind them.
- MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
- Experience in successful delivering both project and professional services
- An ambition to lead and develop a team
