Electrical Site Manager/Qualified Supervisor, London to £350 a day CIS - temp to perm - Voids contract for M&E Contractor

Are you an established Freelance Electrical Site Manager/Qualified Supervisor with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector?
Would you relish the opportunity to work for one of London's up and coming M&E contractors on a variety of Voids contracts across London?
Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded for working hard on M&E Voids packages of up to £2M on a large residential projects around London. Previous M&E Fit-out project experience would be advantageous. Main duties will be to manage and oversee self delivery team and specialist outside sub-contractors and ensuring all Health and Site Safety is in place and adhered to.

You will have experience as a qualifying supervisor (QS) and will be required to sign off NICEIC certs and will need to attend sites such as void homes to determine the condition of electrics and schedule any works that may be needed. The works will need to be costed using NHF schedule of rates.
