Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students in line with the school's curriculum and policies.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues to develop teaching strategies and resources that meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and reflective practice to continuously enhance teaching practice and pedagogy.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) or currently enrolled in a Teacher Training program leading to QTS.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of effective teaching strategies for primary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a growth mindset to embrace the challenges and rewards of early career teaching.
- This is a full-time position with support and mentorship provided to facilitate your professional development as an ECT.
