Junior Cad Designer

My client is an established company specialising in acoustics with a 50-year track record of providing comprehensive noise and vibration solutions across various industries. As a Junior CAD Designer, you will work on diverse projects and contribute to shaping environments with innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design and project management software.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Experience in the construction industry, with a focus on HVAC, mechanical, or structural steelwork sectors.
• Proven knowledge of best installation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting site surveys across the UK and Europe, collecting precise measurements and specifications for accurate project planning.
• Coordinating design activities with stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with specifications.
• Creating detailed manufacturing and installation drawings to guide project execution.
• Generating general arrangement drawings to illustrate project layouts for clarity and uniformity among stakeholders.
• Participating in both on-site and online design meetings, collaborating with team members to meet client requirements.
