Pay: £110 - £140 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 08:15 - 15:30

About the Role:
Supply Desk is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools across Portsmouth, Chichester, and nearby areas. Beginning in September 2024, this role involves covering classes during teacher absences, with all lesson plans provided. Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and the ability to teach across a range of subjects are essential. We offer consistent work across multiple schools, along with a guaranteed pay scheme to ensure financial stability.

Location Coverage:
We are looking for supply teachers based in Portsmouth, Chichester, and surrounding areas, including Havant, Emsworth, and Petersfield.

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Be exceptional classroom professionals with a strong understanding of the Secondary curriculum.
• Have experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Be confident covering various subjects, with a subject specialism being an advantage.
• Demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Be ready to work in schools with diverse classroom environments and varying levels of behaviour management challenges.
• Have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
