Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

⦁    Site H&S Maintaining Site H&S systems with respect to maintenance, process, storage, and project operations.
⦁    Site Environmental Systems Awareness and reporting of environmental incidents around site.
⦁    Responsible for the electrical repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical switchgear, equipment, systems and components, to ensure continuous production operations.
⦁    Reviews job orders to determine work priorities.
⦁    Generates accurate reports to ensure smooth running and continuation of activities.
⦁    Responsible maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
⦁    Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
⦁    Assists with Planning, developing, and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
⦁    Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations within specific limits.

Experience and Skills:

⦁    Minimum level 3 relevant qualifications
⦁    Two to three years related experience and/or training.
⦁    Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and to write routine reports and correspondence.  
⦁    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as area, circumference, volume, and the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
⦁    Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
⦁    An ability to use Microsoft Office and other industry Software

⦁    Comfortable working outside
