We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and support our recruitment efforts in Paddock Wood. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates to meet our staffing needs. We are a growing company with routes for promotion for the right candiates.
Duties
- Utilise social media platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates
- Work closely with the recruitment team to identify staffing requirements
- Conduct lead generation activities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in various recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and coordinating assessments
- Speaking with clients
- Update adverts on various job boards to ensure flow of applicants
- Ability to work as part of a team
Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment resourcing or Recruitment Consulting is desirable
- Proficiency in communication skills to effectively engage with candidates
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Writing Adverts
- Answering inbound calls
What's on offer
· Permanent contract
· 40 hours a week
· Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm (no weekends)
