E&I Maintenance Technician/Electrician

Salary- £45,000

Shifts- Days (Mon-Fri)

Location- Manchester

Job Purpose

As a E&I Maintenance Technician/Electrician you will need to maintain the current level of skills on a day shift basis.

To ensure the safe and uninterrupted running of all plant, equipment, and services for both productive and non-productive, working to both planned and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities of the E&I Maintenance Technician/Electrician

  • Provide instrumentation, electrical and mechanical maintenance support.
  • Prioritise maintenance requirements to suit business needs.
  • Breakdown, improvement, repair, and planned maintenance across site
  • Fault finding

Experience/Skills needed from the E&I Maintenance Technician/Electrician

  • Apprentice trained NVQ 3 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • SCADA Controls or strong PLC/HMI knowledge
  • Good understanding of engineering practices and methods
  • Experience within manufacturing
