Are you looking for the opportunity to work within a senior management team within the sustainability sector? Do you have experience working at a senior level within commercial functions?

This company specialises in providing sustainable solutions to ensure their clients have more efficient water consumption and reduced carbon emissions, their main priority is to help customers reach their NetZero goals. They work closely with a range of public and private clients to help them achieve their sustainability goals and ensure full compliance with industry regulations.

In this position you will be responsible for the commercial arm of the business including all pre and post contract estimating of MEP Systems as well as advising the company on the procurement process. This arm of the business comprises of varied levels of quantity surveyors and commercial managers, you will be the go to point of contact.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and experience managing NEC and JCT contracts ranging from £5m to £30+m. It is also essential that you can manage relationships with key clients and work both within a team environment and using your own initiative. If you also hold MRICS or related accreditation, that would be advantageous.

The Person:
*Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
*Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or similar accreditation (desirable)
*Experience administrating NEC or JCT contracts valued between £5m and £30+m
*Previous experience in related industry; Engineering, Decarbonisation, Construction or M&E
*Commercial Acumen
