About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring KS1 Teacher to join our wonderful team in September 2024. This part-time role offers the perfect balance for an experienced teacher looking to dedicate their mornings to shaping young minds and their afternoons to personal pursuits or professional development. You’ll be responsible for guiding a small, enthusiastic class through the foundational years of their education, helping them to build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans that bring the curriculum to life, supporting individual learning needs, and fostering a love of learning that will last a lifetime.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 1.

• A passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting the whole child.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.

• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

• Foster a positive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.

• Engage with parents and carers to support their child’s educational journey.
