This role as Route Planner, is joining a growing business, that offers career progression, responsibility, and a varied day
The role of Route Planner includes:-
- Multi route planning for up to 8 vehicles of varying size, covering the local region
- Regular contact with the drivers, to ensure they have the correct documentation
- Taking ownership of the drivers, to ensure good time keeping and time management
- Clear communication with the driving team, so they are aware of expectations and work-flows
- Liaising with internal departments, to ensure forward planning to meet company demands
To be considered for the role of Route Planner, you should have:-
- Previous experience of planning multi-drop routes
- Excellent communication skills, to ensure the drivers understand the expectations set for their day
- Ensuring all vehicles are serviced, maintained and documented, to regulation standards
Immediate interviews are available, and training would be available to facilitate career progression
