Full Time 37 hours per week plus enhancements (up to £4,000 per year)
Starting rate at £12.80 per hour
Rising to £13.69 per hour
Overnight is £17.07 per hour rising to £18.25
Saturday is £19.20 per hour rising to £20.54
Sunday and bank holidays is £25.60 per hour raising to £27.38

The ethos of the Staying Close Service is to provide Care Experienced Young People with a supported living experience and to enhance and promote their independence skills to help them move on to independent living.
We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis (AM/PM/Nights) and our homes are open up to 365 days a year.

We are seeking 3 motivated and enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our highly dedicated and welcoming team. You will be based across 3 different sites across Exeter and East Devon.
Your role will include supporting Care Experienced young people in the following areas:
- Supporting to achieve their personal wishes and goals
- Be aspirational towards achieving their desired outcomes
- Creating fun and positive atmosphere
- Being proactive and innovative to seek new methods to engage
