This role involves detailed analysis of project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.
• Analyze and compare subcontractor bids to ensure competitiveness.
• Maintain an updated database of costs and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing models.
• Present detailed cost breakdowns and justifications to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
