About the Engineering Manager Role

As Engineering Manager, you will ensure all targets are met on safety, output, quality, efficiency, energy and waste. You will also be assisting in the development of a small engineering team.

Other responsibilities of the Engineering will include:

• Developing and Implementing process development procedures.
• Setting the vision, goals and objectives of the department.
• Developing Engineering KPIs to monitor targets.
• Identify engineering cost and efficiency improvements, plan and execute.

About You

The successful Engineering Manager will have extensive experience in facilities management and engineering, alongside experience in personnel leadership and development.

Other requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of science.
• Experience in design for manufacturing, process design, process validation and project management.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with statistical techniques (e.g., DOE, SPC, Six Sigma problem solving)
