About the Role:

As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you'll be the heart of the classroom, supporting the teacher and enriching the learning adventure of their pupils. The ideal candidate:

• Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is a plus but not essential.
• Support: Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities and lesson prep.
• Adaptability: Help pupils with special educational needs (SEN) by tailoring learning activities to their needs.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
