TechMan launched back in 2016 and since then has grown exponentially. Due to this continued growth we are now looking for another positive and like-minded professional to join our existing team in a fun and exciting fast paced environment.
Job Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist at TechMan, you will be the primary advocate for the clients within your territory, guiding them to fully utilise our SaaS products to achieve their business goals.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, and retaining customers while fostering a positive, long-term relationship. This role requires a unique blend of skills in account management, client relations, analytics, and project management
Key Responsibilities:
- Renewals Management
- Cross-Selling and Upselling
- Pricing Adjustments
- Customer Health Monitoring
- Customer Case Studies and Testimonials
- Process Optimisation and Best Practices
- Customer Advocacy and Engagement
Skills required:
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer success, account management, or sales role
- Proven track record of managing renewals and driving revenue growth through cross-sells and upsells
Compensation:
- Competitive salary with an OTE of £45,000
