Sales Executive
- Stockport
- Monday – Friday
- 8:45am – 5:00pm (4:30pm finish on a Friday)
- £26,000 - £30,000 (+ monthly bonus if targets achieved)
A leader in the steel stockholding industry is seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting their extensive range of steel products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the steel/hard metal sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate terms with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
