I am recruiting for a Site Engineering Manager to join a UK leading FMCG manufacture. With lots of investment into the site, this is an opportunity to make a impact on the business and drive engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of multi-skilled engineers.
* Oversee all aspects of site engineering, including preventive maintenance, capital projects, and process improvements, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
* Play a pivotal role in our ongoing investment projects, working closely with senior management to implement CI & reduce downtime.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Manage budgets, resources, and engineering strategies.
