We are recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist on behalf of a leading Technology Solutions Provider in Norwich.

This is fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist who holds a blend of both IT Support and Development experience to progress their career with an exciting company.

Previous experience in a commercial IT environment is essential for this role.

In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to the business’s customers and partners, delivering high levels of service at all times in addition to assisting with technical projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Delivery of IT Support across the business for both internal and external customers
• Active involvement on new projects and future product releases
• Ability to work on an independent basis and to contribute to the wider goals of the technical team.
• Ability to review all technical support processes to reduce faults and improve production
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Python, C#
