Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for cladding and roofing projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Conduct site visits to assess design requirements and monitor progress.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure material specifications and availability.
• Provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to design challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cladding and roofing design, particularly within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of metal cladding systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or a related field are desirable.
