BRIEF 
 
LEGGWORK are looking for a Handyperson to be brought onto a new student accommodation project in central Bristol. The successful candidate will be an individual who has experience working on refurbishments/ social housing etc. We are looking for the job to start on ASAP and should last approx 6-8 weeks, however further work may come from this based on performance.
 
 
WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?

• To Relay plyfloor
• Repairing snagging 
• Assisting with the delivery of materials 
• Assisting with trades
• Reliable, hard-working and good attitude

 
 
WHAT WILL I NEED?

• PPE
• 2 Recent Work references
• Up-to-date work history with experience in a variety of trades
• A CSCS card is not required
• Basic hand tools 
• Reliable plan to commute to work
