Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

👉 Job Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Finance Manager and providing support in day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable functions, processing invoices and payments.
  • Assisting in bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve any accounting discrepancies.
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and dealing with related queries.
  • Contributing to month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Participating in various ad hoc financial projects as assigned by management.

👉 Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practises.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A degree or diploma in accounting or a relevant field would be an advantage.
