We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee a new build residential scheme in Tottenham. This exciting opportunity requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction activities on-site to ensure timely project delivery.
- Experience overseeing groundworks, piling through to facade and internal fit-out works
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and report to senior management on key project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) are essential.
