Junior Legionella Risk Assessor

Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in this vital role.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Mobilisation: Assist in coordinating travel, accommodation, site visits, and equipment, while maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager.

Risk Assessments: Support the execution of on-site health and safety risk assessments, adhering to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Approved Methods of Work, with full training provided.

Legionella Assessments: Learn and perform Legionella Risk Assessments to UKAS standards under the guidance of senior team members.

Client Interaction: Develop your professional skills by representing the company in client interactions, building strong relationships as you gain experience.

Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of accurate, UKAS-compliant reports within set deadlines.

Documentation: Assist in creating schematic drawings and compiling final documentation for client presentations.

Project Support: Help achieve project objectives within established timelines and budget constraints.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in identifying opportunities to enhance project workflows and processes as you grow in your role.

Client Relations: Support the cultivation of strong client relationships, contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.

Project Presentation: Learn to present completed projects to clients, providing clear explanations and addressing any questions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to support business development and project success.

Continuous Learning: Engage in training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills, with full support from the company.

Team Development: As you gain experience, assist in the professional development of other team members.

Feedback Collection: Capture and relay client feedback to the Project Consultant for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

Relevant Experience: Experience in water hygiene, such as a Water Hygiene Technician role, is highly valued.

Willingness to Learn: A basic understanding of water systems design and operation, coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.

Regulatory Awareness: An interest in learning about relevant regulations and guidance, such as COSHH, ACoP L8, HSG274 parts 1-3, and S/HTM04-01.

IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a proactive, engaging, and supportive approach.
