The position is aimed at experienced professionals in Quality Assurance (QA) or site engineers with QA expertise. The primary focus is on maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance in line with regulations and client demands. This role involves:
- Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs): Reviewing and checking these plans.
- Quality Assurance Management: Overseeing the creation of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) and managing QA functions.
- Audits: Conducting audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and adherence to client or regulatory requirements.
- Customer Focus: Anticipating and meeting customer needs as a key part of the quality process.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Extensive background as a Quality Engineer on civil engineering projects or as a Site Engineer with significant QA responsibilities.
- Location: Based locally in Plymouth.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
