Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence and innovation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Oversee project documentation, including detailed design and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into the built environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a solid understanding of BIM processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• RIBA or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.
