Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead the delivery of high-quality electrical designs across a range of building services projects within their internal design team.
- Project Management: Take ownership of projects, attending client and stakeholder meetings, managing the flow of information, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Mentorship: Provide leadership and support to junior team members, overseeing their work and offering guidance to help them grow and succeed.
- Strategic Growth: Play a key role in the strategic direction of projects, taking on more responsibility and progressing through the senior levels of the company.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Extensive experience in residential and commercial projects experience in hotel, leisure, and tourism sectors is a significant advantage.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion, managing teams and client relationships effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of electrical design within building services, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Mentorship Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring junior engineers.
