Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our client's team in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tendering for high-value construction projects, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor. Experience in recladding projects is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for high-value construction projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare tender documents and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide value engineering solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
- Extensive experience in tendering for high-value projects.
- Experience with Tier 1 contractors preferred.
- Expertise in recladding projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
