REPORTS TO: Operations Director
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Administrative duties in Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY
They are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their expanding team. The role involves overseeing and executing a wide range of administrative duties from the Head Office, including assisting with stock control and deliveries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
As an Office Administrator, your duties will include:
- Document Tracking: Ensure compliance by tracking and maintaining documents.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Document Review: Review and revise documents for accuracy.
- Document Management: Scan, copy, and distribute documents to the team.
- Coordination: Liaise with project team members to assist with documentation.
- Data Entry: Update records and databases to maintain accurate information.
- Correspondence Management: Handle company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
- Inventory Management: Manage office supplies, including stationery, to ensure smooth office operations.
- Stock and Deliveries: Assist with stock management and oversee deliveries.
Knowledge/Experience Required
- MS Office: Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Diligence: Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
General Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry or Fire & Security sector is advantageous.
- Background Check: Must have a clear criminal record and meet the requirements to pass a CRB/DBS check, as required in the security industry.
- Policies: Familiarize yourself with and uphold company policies, including Equal Opportunities and Anti-Harassment and Bullying Policies.
- Proactivity: Bring ideas and suggestions for business improvement.
- Training & Meetings: Undertake training as required and attend staff and team meetings.
- Health & Safety: Observe health and safety procedures to ensure the safety of colleagues, customers, and visitors.
- Flexibility: Undertake other duties as needed to meet changing priorities and business objectives.
Benefits
- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)
