At Jobandtalent, we are recruiting for pickers/packers to work with an important company in Portbury (BS20 7XR). Our client is a UK supply chain and logistics expert specializing in flexible, reliable, and cost-effective supply chain service and looking for pickers/packers to join their growing team in Portbury.

Shift Patterns:

• Any 5 out of 7 (weekend included 5 days per week not guaranteed)
• 08:00-16:30 or 14:00-22:30

Pay Rate:

• Basic Hourly (6am-8pm): £ 13.40 p/h
• Basic hourly (8pm-6am) £ 14.55 p/h
• Weekend (6am-8pm) £ 13.88 p/h
• Weekend (8pm-6am) £ 14.33 p/h
• OT over 40 HR - £16.18 p/h

Duration: Ongoing

Role of as a warehouse operative - Picker Packer

• Picking / Packing orders in a chilled environment.
• Unload and load inbound and outbound delivery vehicles as well as check products from suppliers.
• Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team but also self-motivated.
• Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety standards.
• Achieving the targets and job standards set out by the Shift Manager
• Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment
• Ensure warehouse goals are met.
