What we are looking for (Role Description)
Client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Intermediate and Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. If you have a robust project history, particularly within residential and commercial sectors, and are ready to step into a senior role with more responsibility, this is the perfect opportunity. Experience in hotel, leisure, and tourism projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Lead the delivery of high-quality electrical designs across a range of building services projects within their internal design team.

Project Management: Take ownership of projects, attending client and stakeholder meetings, managing the flow of information, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Mentorship: Provide leadership and support to junior team members, overseeing their work and offering guidance to help them grow and succeed.

Strategic Growth: Play a key role in the strategic direction of projects, taking on more responsibility and progressing through the senior levels of the company.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Extensive experience in residential and commercial projects; experience in hotel, leisure, and tourism sectors is a significant advantage.

Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion, managing teams and client relationships effectively.

Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of electrical design within building services, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Mentorship Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring junior engineers.

Growth-Oriented: Ambitious, with a desire to advance in your career and take on senior leadership roles within the company.

In return, we offer a highly competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. They offer a company pension scheme and a cycle to work scheme. They also foster a flexible working culture, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
