Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
- Overall running of the care home along with the Manager
- Managing budgets
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
- Experience leading within a Care Home setting either as a Deputy
- Experience working with the Elderly
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
- A high-quality work environment
- Salary up to £30,000 + Bonuses (£5,000)
