M&E Site Manager (Mechanical)

We are currently working with a well respected M&E Contractor who are market leaders in the education, healthcare and leisure sectors who are looking to engage with an experienced M&E Site Manager for a newly won hospital scheme. The project is kicking off in the coming weeks and will consist of £4m of M&E services delivered over the next 10 months.
You will be responsible for overseeing the trades and subcontractors on site while implementing health and safety and ensuring the client specifications are met to a high standard. The scope of works will be 60% mechanical and 40% electrical so knowledge of and ability to oversee both specialisms is needed for this role.
The company in question are winning an influx of work across London and the South East and are taking on a lot of experienced staff from well known contractors across the country. This an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing and dynamic contractor who have a strong pipeline of work.
