Member Services Advisors

This is truly one of our favourite clients who sell a very popular product! They have been established for over 150 years, and are passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers). 

As part of the Member Services team, you will be the first point of contact for members, dealing with their orders and enquiries via the telephone, Live Chat or Ignite email system, providing a positive customer service experience.

Main duties:

• Sales order processing and helping members with product selection
• Demonstrating awareness and knowledge of current products and services
• Handling enquiries and processing applications from new/potential members
• Dealing with enquiries including delivery, accounts and stock issues
• Handling amendments of subscription schemes

Experience

• Strong IT skills as everything is computerised
• Extremely customer focused
• Someone who will go above and beyond to give the perfect customer experience
• A good communicator with an excellent telephone manner
• Good attention to detail
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Good listener & excellent communicator
• Someone who likes working in a team environment
• Previous Customer Service or Order Processing experience an advantage

Pay, Bonus & Benefits

• The annual salary is £24,859
• Subsidised staff restaurant
• Pension

Hours

• 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis which will include some weekends and evenings
