Salary/Rate:
£22,000 - £23,000/annum

Believe Money are one of the UK's fastest growing, market leaders in our industry and are now seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Centre Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.

*Salary from £22,200 to £23,200 with annual earning potentials of over £33,000*

*35 hour working week*

  • Understand your role within Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
  • High level of attention to detail

You may also be able to demonstrate experience with:

  • Maintaining business logs using a CRM system
  • Meeting departmental SLAs and targets
  • Handling expressions of customer dissatisfaction
  • Maintaining the highest standards as the first point of contact for customers

You will be involved with the following work:

  • Handling a high volume of calls whilst maintaining a professional image
  • Engaging with third party introduced customers and handling any customer objections to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Collecting and clarifying customer information and referring customers onto the relevant department and customer resolution
  • Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to prospective new customers
