Early years practitioner/Nursery Nurse- Barnet*
Salary – £26,650 to £29,300
Hours – 38 hours per week
Level 3 qualification required

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated individual to take advantage of this challenging and exciting opportunity. The role is to lead and manage a baby room as well as managing a team. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate a genuine passion for providing the highest standards in quality childcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a team.

They need dynamic, driven and committed individuals with a child centred approach. Must have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, be confident in leading a team of practitioners and have experience working in a similar role. 

Other essential qualities: To have excellent written and spoken English, commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team.
