Are you an Accounts Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to work with one of the biggest and most renowned family-owned businesses globally? Our client is a market leader in the production of beloved consumer brands and is now expanding into new categories through external partnerships. They are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Accounts Analyst to join their Financial Control team in a fixed-term contract role.

£115 - £134 per day

12 month contract

Maidenhead - on site car park

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of accounting responsibilities, including stock accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and master data maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely period end closes by managing inputs from the Operations team.
  • Conduct stock reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Contribute to ad hoc reporting and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education
  • Basic/Intermediate Excel & Power BI skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and finance processes
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working around Christmas year-end deadlines is a plus
