Drylining Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our well-established team. Initially based in Hammersmith, you’ll be overseeing key projects with further opportunities across various London sites. This is a hands-on role that involves managing all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion, while leading site teams and ensuring quality standards for drylining and ceiling installations.

Minimum 1 year contract but likely to be permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet agreed specifications.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports while aligning resources and timelines with project needs.
• Lead and supervise site personnel to maintain high standards and meet deadlines across each project phase.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other construction professionals to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Maintain consistent communication with Contracts Managers and office staff.
• Organise and manage the procurement and delivery of necessary materials and equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in site management or supervision.
• Proven track record managing both small and large-scale projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of drylining and ceiling systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage on-site Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience with document control and QA systems like Fieldwire, Viewpoint (4projects), or SnagR.
• Valid Driving License.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred, but not mandatory).
• First Aid at Work certification is advantageous but not essential.

Salary: £200 - £225 per day
Location: Hammersmith, with projects across London
