We are looking for a driven individual to oversee the lettings operations and drive business growth in this key role.
- Lead a team and drive the growth of the Lettings stock by generating business from various data sources
- Create marketing and nurture campaigns, working closely with the Head of Lettings & Property Management
- Shape the future strategy for property lettings and contribute to the company's ongoing success
- Experience in a Senior lettings role
- Business development experience
- Valuation experience
- An ARLA qualification (or equivalent)
- Driving licence and own car
- Team management experience
- A lucrative compensation package with uncapped OTE
